Martin has more than 3 decades of experience as an award-winning journalist, editor and commercial director.
Martin co-founded Full Frame Technology after 4 years working at the satellite operator, Inmarsat, where he led activities in the Media sector. In this role, he worked with the world's leading media organisations to ensure they were able to maximise the value of Inmarsat's network.
Previously Martin was Head of Operations for BBC Newsgathering with responsibility for technical strategy and infrastructure. This followed a number of overseas postings for BBC News, including periods as Bureau Chief in Washington DC and Johannesburg.
Martin has reported from more than 50 countries and was one of the BBC’s first multi-media journalists. In 2005, he was awarded a Knight Fellowship at Stanford University during which he studied the impact of technology on the news industry.
